About Pamela

I am a physician leader with over 20 years of experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology and multi-site health system operations. As a Board Director at The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG), I bring frontline clinical insights and system-level governance to one of the largest physician-led medical groups in the United States.

My clinical career spans full-scope OB/GYN practice and inpatient hospitalist roles. Throughout my journey, I have championed projects in surgical innovation, clinical quality improvement, and maternal health.

I am passionate about healthcare digital transformation and the integration of artificial intelligence into clinical settings. Above all, I believe in collaborative problem-solving, operational excellence, and mentoring the next generation of physicians.
