I am a physician leader with over 20 years of experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology and multi-site health system operations. As a Board Director at The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG), I bring frontline clinical insights and system-level governance to one of the largest physician-led medical groups in the United States.
My clinical career spans full-scope OB/GYN practice and inpatient hospitalist roles. Throughout my journey, I have championed projects in surgical innovation, clinical quality improvement, and maternal health.

Maternal Child Health Workflows
Directed operations to shorten hospital Length-of-Stay (LOS) and optimize discharge readiness. Piloted clinical pathways for outpatient cervical ripening and prenatal-to-inpatient care.
Transition to Outpatient Gynecological Surgery
Spearheaded the clinical transition to outpatient minimally invasive gynecological surgeries at Kaiser San Jose. Designed safety protocols, established standard guidelines, and oversaw proctoring for surgical staff, reducing recovery times.
